Now I know many of you will be experienced runners and will probably be running with or for your Club as part of your League Races, BUT many of you may be first time runners looking to set yourself a fitness goal and to help you get started I have looked at many web sites to find one which I think is most suitable and the Bupa running guide is great for starters as it includes a walk to running programme http://www.bupa.co.uk/running/. If you add three of their plans together the Walk to Jog, 10K beginners training programme and then their Half Marathon programme you will have a 28 week Half Marathon Programme which will take you from walking to running a Half Marathon – now won’t that be FABulous?
